Do You Offer Refunds On Your Products? 

Please note: As all of our items are custom-made to suit your event style, they are non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:
– If your event is cancelled
– If your item arrives damaged or faulty
– If you need to adjust the quantity of your order

We appreciate your understanding! 

How much notice do you need in advance to place an order? 

For smaller events such as birthdays, baby showers, and baptisms, I recommend placing your order approximately one month in advance.

For larger events like weddings or engagements, please allow at least two months' notice to ensure I can schedule you in and create your beautiful pieces in time.

If your event falls within my peak seasons — January to May or July to November — I highly recommend enquiring as early as possible to secure your spot.
